hi lads I've been researching different fixes for this which don't involve giving the stealership 112 euro i have come across these pictures on a polish website i have no idea what was being said but as the saying goes a picture can paint a thousand words just wondering what you gentle men make of these as possible fixes as the gear seems to be removable this is the url as I cant figure out how to upload pictures:

That's a very good How_To instruction page with good pictures. It is in Czech and if you use Google translate Czech-->English you can get also text translated but even without the text pictures are very informative.
