lexia shows leaking injector?

So when I had a Lexia (kindly borrowed off Paul-R, thanks!) I noticed one of my injectors had a -1.99 number on it (for the correction or something), and Paul-R indicated it's a leaking injector (maybe i misunderstood), would this make the engine sound a bit spitty/clatty (I don't think it's a leaking air/exhaust gasket)? What would be ususal fix for this kind of problem?

Is there black guck around any of the injectors ? if not they might leak internally which may make the motor sound extra diesel clattery due to the extra fuel going in, I am told that piezo injectors can fail spectacularly but I have not seen it myself, is the exhaust smoky ?

It does sound a little clattery/spitty under no load, I put that down go a hammered engine or just needing an oil change (its not big end bearings bad, possibly tappety, but possibly the injector, hence me asking here). It doesnt smoke at all, its probably as normal as when it was new.
