Citroen c6 Speedo dash assembly

Hello
can anyone help???
Citroen c6 speedo dash assembly,ours does not work.Head up display works fine but kow lights or information on speedo dash area.Been repaired last year but only worked for 1 month i was told.
Is there any firm that can repair other than bb reman ect.Or dows anyone have one from a scrap or c6 thats being broken at reasonable money ????

Hi Malcolm,

BBA Reman are the only company I've heard of that repair them. There's a few people over on c6owners.org that have used them with great results. The mileage is recorded in the speedo and the BSI so if you find a 2nd hand one, make sure it's on less then 115k or it'll wind the mileage up on the car

There were a couple of C6's being broken on eBay recently, might be worth having a look.

many thanks for the e,mail.speedo repairs wreckens a voltage overload blows the dash.
Not sure if it worth sending back down to them again, [under warranty for 2 years they say].
They give me the impression it will probably be u/s now. May send to bb re man.
The silver car is now up here in Skelmesdale at a breakers,now.
I tried to buy the car from the ins company for £135.00.they classed the car as a cat b.
The ins company made it to difficult for me to get my hands on it.
Its there, been too busy to go any further.
We had the box rebuilt and engine cambelted ect.
Shame if anybody needs help shout will send tell number across.

Iv just sent it back down to the people who repaired it oct 2014 with a 2 year warranty.
Will c what happens.If not will look into this company.
Anyone got any views on BB-REMan.????

Hi malcolm. I shouldn't tell you but that's what I bought my c5 back for. I wish now that I had kept it, but hey Ho, I didn't lol I still doubled my money and ill bet you would have too and I'm presuming the buyer is happy so that makes everyone happy [emoji3]

please explain.we are in Pitlockry July 11 for a wedding.
R u about for a beer.Car repaired good car.yes u should have keep it.
Did require a sensor to cure low rev problem but yes good cars a few and far now u can trust second hand.
