Can anyone confirm if 96137579 is the correct part number for my clutch cable please? Its for the car in my signature. Also is it necessary to buy a clip with a metal spring or just a plain old clip?
Thanks

Looks like the right one - post up the VIN and I'l check. NFP from Citroen.... You will need both parts of the clip - unclear if it's the plastic or metal that lets go first, but both usually end up broken. I'd be surprised if it's not been replaced before on a 95 car - but I'd replace it if you are going to the trouble of having the pedal out anyway! Have fun with it

That's the right cable part number. Should be a manual adjust.
That picture is the RP number - although service.citroen thinks it was built the day before

Double the fun then. Get a new bolt on hand (M8x1.25x70) in case you need to saw the head off!elma wrote: the bolt is in the oem way round

Thanks Richard, I'm ordering the bits now. Getting a nut and bolt too, can't be a bad idea. I'm not driving further than I'd walk home at the minute as I'm sure its going to snap soon.
