1st Visit to the Dealers....warranty work...advice

warranty works booked in

Drop links, ? seeping rack, rear washer, Rear dog-bone/height adjuster, rear anti-roll bar.

1~ Car purchased with 9 months extended full warranty
2 ~ Drop Links...self explanatory
3 ~ Seeping Rack, it looks wet but could be the gator
4 ~ Rear Wash, wipe works no spray/motor sound...fed 12v direct, no motor - so faulty
5 ~ Dog-Bone replacement. This was my big question for them, ? how has such an important system item and well know for its "service needs", eg ~clean-oil-grease~ on a Top of the Range Model with a fully maintained dealer history and still under warranty be allowed to get like it had ? (Dog Bone shaft had even rusted thru)
6 ~ Rear Anti |Roll Bar. This is one to check guys....mine is powder coated, this has broken down next to the bush (bush is applied OVER the powder coating) and has corroded badly in the obvious way it is guaranteed to (water under the coating) . The remaining "flakes" of powder coating are now trapped under the bush and are busy destroying the bush like knife blades and grinding rush into the surface of the roll bar !

Is there anything else I should do regarding getting 100% MAX out of my Warranty and the Dealer ?

Most cars are like that with the ARB bar. I took mine off the Vel and cleaned up to metal. Treated with phosphoric acid and then painted ,leaving contact bit unpainted.

bloody daft ai'nt it .....and they can change it under "corrosion" and poor servicing/inspection.

I HATE Powder coating, you should see the mess it makes of Cast Iron Radiators !
