I don't wash mine very often but that does not apply to the interior. It must be spotless and immaculate at all times and is very regularly dusted and hoovered...

Outside dirt and grime doesn't bother me that much. Interior grime does...

I'm much the same Jim. I'm looking for a picture of my Activa from winter 2010 at the moment where it was even dirtier (literally) than that C2. It was spotless inside though.

My C5 is very grimy now. I suspect it will be a lot more grimy come the end of next week as apart from the windows and lights, I shall not be washing it for quite some time.

I like to clean the car regularly to get rid of road salt. It hasn't been a problem up to now, as water is unmetered in Scotland. Now that we have moved to Surrey I might have to think more about a once a fortnight clean instead of twice weekly.

Our water is almost completely free - we have our own well, but I still don't wash the car.

Butt water is free ??

Get a big Water-Butt, a good filter and a siphon hose (or use it for the jet-wash pickup)

If you think they are dirty then your not trying hard enough!

Should see my FF after just a few weeks, even being Bonnatti Grey it still looks really mucky and especially if I venture off the black stuff for short cuts most people won't go down, but then the xm gets the same treatment as hydro/air suspension makes such routes lovely to drive down :)
