Just a thought. When you fitted the new seals did you take the doseur valve out? If so, is it possible you may have fitted the pipework into the wrong places? For example, a forum member had an issue with a rear valve on an XM, and it turned out they had fitted the valve the wrong way around after refurbishing it (easy to do, as it looks the same either way around), causing all sorts of problems.

Yes it was taken out because both seals were leaking. I dont think we have fitted incorrecly.Has eneyone has picture of a doseur fitted for me to check. Any how I will post a picture of my one. However what do you think of the present situation after replacing the front anti sink valve.

I noticed when I pedal the brakes repeatedly about 10 times the rear starts to descend and when I stop pedaling it comes up again.

i think this is caused by the rear anti sink ( so called ) sphere has gone flat/lost its gas,

the rear anti sink sphere actually holds a reserve of pressure for the rear brakes, so if its flat theres no reserve

Oh I see. I should check the pressure of the anti sink.
