This code count for all access to any model? It seemed to do the rounds for the facelift c5 ..

Anyway I shall try that next time I get a chance

I'm curious to which settings you want to change, because I've tampered enough with DiagBox through all the reported computers in ther car (including and mostly the BSI), and it never asked me for the access code ...

Have you actually changed configuration settings in the bsi or just looked at them?

I've done it at times, mostly to turn stuff off or on that asked for it. Some BSI don't ask for a code, you just click the "configure" button and it goes forward.

Of course I've actually changed the BSI config ... the only things I didn't play with are the basics, diesel engine, ESP ... crucial and fundamental things to a car, those that basically don't get changed (or even repaired) ... that's why I asked, what were the things that required the access code ... good to know for future reference ...

Has done for every car I've ever done it on although I've never done it on a mk3.

That suggests it is probably a 'back door' into the configuration systems, in case the security card was not available.

No they are both different & cant be used in place of each other. The security code is just for security related things like coding keys & coded control units, the 03114 code is just for changing certain configurations. The code is a Lexia thing rather than a car thing. If i remember right Peugeot planet doesn't have any codes for changing BSI configurations at all.
