For the last couple of nights I've noticed that both front (electric) windows would not move and their respective bottons were not lit up.
I checked the fuse, it was ok, so reinserted it and hey presto the windows and lights worked again. Tonight I figured out it was the wiring loom at the door hinge. I've ammended the routeing slightly, using a cable tie around the wires and up to the top hinge, to route the wires at a slightly different angle. But its only a matter of time before the wire gives out completely as the heated miror has.
I'm wondering if anyone has had this problem before and can confirm the colours of the wires to the windows and heated mirror on the drivers door? Thus saving me some dectective work.
