2014 berlingo van door panel

Post by Stevehf2 »

Has anyone got a guide or can instruct me how to remove the front door panel from a 2014 berlingo van??
I'm trying to put some better quality speakers in but don't know how to get the panel off!!

I have done it (once) to replace the driver side wing mirror. It isn't that difficult (several Torx screws of various sizes), and plastic 'hog rings' holding the panel in place. You will need something like this to help;

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Silverline-Ca ... 4607406161" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

If you force the panel off you might break the hog rings or their mounting points on the panel. You can get replacement hog rings from Peugeot or Citroen for a few pennies. Their part number is 9341 PF (I had bought a few in case I broke any, and still have a couple in their packaging).

I can whip up the entire service documentation for taking apart the front door ... just to check, the latest berlingo is "B9", right?

Don't know if it's a B9? I had it delivered brand new on Wednesday. It's a berlingo enterprise van 75 if that helps?

Since the files weren't being downloaded, it automatically removed them after 5 days ... I'll have to re-upload them, maybe on some other file sharing service .... today or tomorrow at latest ...

In the center you'll find the "Download this file" button ... after which you'll have to enter the 4 digit random code ...

As for myself, I've ordered the 1350-ZZ tool kit from my Citroen Dealer, no problems with that ... but I guess you could use any similar and suitable tools, preferably hard plastic, to avoid metal scratches and damage to the car ... yes, it should be a clip-on system ...
