Best ever tank, trying to keep to 55 on back roads 60 on the dual and major roads.
65.63 lit £81.97 929 miles = 64.35mpg at 285300 miles.

Re: Post your 5000 mile or more average mph/mpg
39,2mpg here with C5 X7 2.0HDi automatic over 9999km distance (or more, I'm not sure how that works, haven't reset trip computer for 30000km or something like that).
My driving is 60/20/20 motorway/smaller roads/town. And there's 120km/h limit on the motorway I mainly drive.

Re: Post your 5000 mile or more average mph/mpg
So I f****d up the conversion, it's not the same thing in US and UK. Didn't know that, but now I know.
So the figure is 45,5mpg and 6,2l/100km with the correct units...

couldn't deactivate the flash but slightly better this time considering the faulty EGR valve and more city miles than usually.

Re: Post your 5000 mile or more average mph/mpg
No mph I'm afraid, but over the last 31,100 miles my 2009 107 Verve has returned an average of 46.6mpg.
Between my historically "spirited" driving style (hard not to when it sounds like that) and more recently Oxford traffic not surprising it's a way off the quoted figures. Would be nice to see it on the right side of 50 though...
Saab on the other hand has managed 24.2mpg over just over 14K miles. Reckon if it had an extra gear (it's an old 3 speed auto) or a lockup mode you could easily add 5mpg to that.
