Does anybody know if engine heads from 2.0 C5 and 2.0 Xantia (petrol) are interchangeable?

You answered to your question 
They are not same.
Gaskets are different, also spark plugs, ignition coil, oil filters are completely different.
PS: xantos, Kranjska Gora was a fantastic place. We stayed there with my family and we loved Slovenian Alps
