hi Paul. thanks// got my motorcycle fork over my long breaker, and two long extensions out from the pulley (axle stand supporting them) and my 90 kgs seems to have sorted it :) - car on brakes for that...

Cambelt definitely noisy though, not had a chance to see to it.. adjusting it's tension without removing the bottom pulley is going to be keyhole type stuff.. if even possible..
just an ominous slight whirring noise after things have got warmed up..
I could turn belt easily 45° and with difficulty to 90° - which seemed to be same as it was before I changed it...

Whiirring when warm yea its ever so smidgen too tight.. not a lot.. just a tint bit.

It is possibly to get to the essentric tensioner with the bottom cover in place. .
Sharing a pug 207 1.6 hdi Sw 16v.
