Hi,
So after a number of week im getting a new ECU/ABS fitted. They say it needs to be reprogrammed? Will this mean I will need to take all spare keys for the car?
Also they think they found a possible small external coolant leak. The leak isn't going into the oil or the sump pump (Is it?) so I was told I need to monitor it. Sometimes I get small residue down just below engine. Should I be overly concerned?

Hi.
I believe the car's BSI (Body Systems Interface) ECU needs to be programmed to accept the new ABS ECU. The ABS ECU will also need to be programmed with the car's details (gearbox, tyre sizes, etc.). A Citroen dealer will probably relieve you of about £50 to do this. You won't need all the keys reprogrammed.
Coolant nowadays is more specialised than water and blue stuff, and is obviously vital to the engine's health. After forking out to get the ABS fixed, it would be a shame to warp the head due to a coolant leak. I'd want to get it rectified ASAP.
