Citroen C5 2001. Knocking thudding noise from the front

Hello guys.

Any suggestions please.
The car is making a low knocking noise when going over bumps. (Even small ones) and it doesn't go away until at least 50mph.
It doesnt make the knock when you drive off with the suspension lowered. But does when it goes up.
Any ideas?

Probably the anti roll bar drop links. Its difficult to feel any movement in them when the car is jacked up but there is when driving normally.

Yup. Drop links, or failing that anti-roll bar bushings.
Break out the PlusGas, unless you have and are happy to use a small angle grinder.

Changed the drop links. (Which was a poa as the bolts were rusty as!)

The knocking noise went.... for a couple of days.
Its now back.
As far as I can make it, it doesnt do it when turning corners.
Any suggestions please guys as its doing my head in.
