How do I register for this? It says private peeps can't register now. You have to be some sort of professional.

Ah, but a professional what? A professional chef, customer assistant, telephone engineer...

Just select Motor Trade Repair Professional.

a couple of years ago i had problems logging onto my pug service box account, this prompted me to contact PSA HQ Coventry,

i was put onto there IT chief,

he sorted my login prob, whilst on the phone i asked if they allow Joe public to register on service citroen and pug service box,
as quite a few FCF members at the time were saying they could not register as they were not in the trade and or VAT registered ,

he said PSA had no problem at all with anyone using these service's as the parts look up section is free to anyone registered, likewise the payed for area you pays for like anyone else on there,

I'd looked at this, but having read the T&C's I assumed they would do a lookup on your VAT number to confirm you were a genuine motor trader (and not approve your account if you weren't) ?

So they don't then?
