Turns out it is a 307 not 306 which I thought he had, it's a 52 plate so presume it has the floating crank setup?

I think it changed around 2002 or 2003 so it could be either. Should be very easy to tell though just whip top cover off, if its got three bolts in the cam sprocket you know its that type if its a single in the centre its the floating pulley.
