scuttle sealant

Hi, I need to reseal the windscreen scuttle on my series1 Xantia , anyone know the name of the sealant ? many thanks Terry.

Can't tell you what the original sealant was or if it was silicone based, if it was you must use silicone again.
In the event the surfaces are not contaminated with it the best sealant by far is called CT1, it has many uses and can even be applied to wet surfaces and underwater. A very useful solvent called multi solve is available alongside too and can be used to remove any unwanted sealant after application.
A similar product from Soudal is available through Lawsons and is a bit cheaper.
