I just bought a '99 Xantia 2.0 16v SX Break.
But I couldnt find this car's user manual in English.
If someone can help me I'll be really appreciate for it;)

Have you looked in with the fuses.
Quite often they are stored there, pull the flap down and the book may come down as well.

I managed to find one for my Xantia on ebay for about £10. 
The radio book was for a slightly different radio but the main car book was correct.

Yea the radios changed towards the end..
From around W 2000 they changed the Clarion Dash Flush radio wuth CD changer to a Tape Deck unit (Phillips) with a fold down flap on the front... Reducing costs and eliminating the need to plumb in the CD changer and cable..
