Knocking on full lock

Had this since i bought the C5, ive not been working due to my shoulder surgery so not been too worried, put it on the ramp today and looks like the track rod end, slight bit of play. While the car was in the air I thought id check the suspension gaiter on the rear, as it was an advisory, It is split and I noticed a lack of clip on that side! I got no idea where that went but getting it all sorted next week + 2 new front tyres. Ill be one happy bunny then.
