stupid stupid..

all, has anyone tried to replace the plastic rivet things which lock the window glass to the lifter.. Cit gave me a pack of them.,. odd things.. Spent an hour with one door skin off, hideous job and grazed hands, and finally got the rivet thing in, tried window and it broke straight away...

so :twisted: right now lol

Has the felted guide channel got folded over slightly or become stiff? Try sliding the glass up and down by hand.

yeah works fine by hand addo.. been the main window operating procedure for a year ;) ..

if I am not doing something wrong with these weird male female plastic rivets then I will concentrate more on the movement of the glass. both rears went within a few weeks..

I will take a pic of the rivets, I expect I am being silly with their fitting,.
