ABS warning light on, can not start the car.

Apart from hydraulic problem I recently posted, I have also this problem now. When trying to start the car, the abs warning light on, and keep on. I couldn't start the engine.
This has happened before, but usually I just waited for around 5 minutes, the problem solved by it self. I've been waiting for almost 30 minutes now, and the problem persists.

What to do? Please..

I don't know why she won't start, but the following link has the info to test the ABS sensors. It is normally the NSF sensor that fails;

I am aware of that the faulty ABS issues experienced by some of the owner. But from what I read, usually the symptom is the ABS warning light on all the time but it didn't stop the engine from starting. But, I will try to test the sensors first.

Maybe you have corrosion in some of the wiring or multiplugs, Xantia wiring is a bit vulnerable where it runs along the underneath of the radiator x member, especially at each end of the protective sleeving. Perhaps your ABS & non running faults are linked in this way.
