Hi,
I'm new to this forum so please could anyone help me with my problem.
I have just bought a second hand C5 diesel 2003 and after a couple of days the service light and spanner and engine management light have come on.
I have a friend with a diagnostic computer but he doesn't have the appropriate software to manage these codes. I am told that the software is only available from Citroen garages - I don't know how true this is. Does any member have software or know where it can be downloaded for free or minimal cost? Prices quoted on internet have been in the region of £250!!!!
Any help would be gratefully appreciated as I am new to Citroens.

Have a search using the words Diagbox and Lexia, or read the posts at the top of this page, welcome to FCF 
BXs since 1993 built 1.9 TZD turbo, got a S2 Xantia estate, brilliant car! 2013, Xantia HDI LX 110 2000 new car with 122,000, l C2 HDI Rusty rocket, C3 Picasso HDI new to me.

Hi Maurice, welcome aboard! Post where you are and some details about the car type (engine size etc) and maybe you could hook up with someone nearby
