no remote locking?

my key has 2 buttons, but neither lock or unlock the car, changed the battery and its still the same, checked the service site and it states the below:

im guessing as it mentions central locking i dont have remote locking?

I thought all MK2 Xantia models have central locking but it seems that your's don't have one

From Service pages, these were written for mine in section Interior fittings:
REMOTE CONTROL ........ REMOTE CONTROL ASSEMBLY
...
LOCKING CONTROL ....... SIMPLE CENTRAL LOCKING

and in section Electrical
CEN. LOCKING REm CONTROL FREQUENCY ....... . xxx MHZ HETERODYNE

Yes, indeed it's a Berlingo in your signature also I was not careful.
But anyway central locking features are listed as I have written above.
