Looking at Xac's signature, I thought he would already comment on this, but no, not yet :-D

I must also admit that I talked and thanked my Xantia after our first loooong journey ( 9000 km + ) in abroad with my family. There were no problems and we arrived safely back home. I was sitting in driver's seat, with a smile on my face and hugged my car.

You're not alone in this forum, I guess.

Can't admit to being a radio ham, but I do know one. Bob Peeling,(Spooky Bob) from Hildenborough in Kent.

I have always named my vehicles. Some favourite tools too. A neighbour once asked me to move one of the vans from outside his house cos "it spoiled the view". Grrrr. Was a really pretty VW T2 as well. If he hadn't been such a nice old boy...and I did have 4 vehicles with no space to park them....different now, got 5 vehicles but loads of land to park them on! I too talk to my cars, especially when they've been poorly...offer them nice oil change if they behave.

I'll go stand in the nutter's corner...

Had orange for a while does that count?????????? :lolhit:
