Hi can someone tell me where the egr valve is when looking from the front on the C5 mk1 2.2hdi estate please

have uploaded 2 pics looking from the front - the bottom two pics

The thing with the blue connector on it is an Electrovalve, on my Xantia the blue means its controlling the EGR, follow the pipes coming off the thing and you should get to the EGR or the vacum pump.
BXs since 1993 built 1.9 TZD turbo, got a S2 Xantia estate, brilliant car! 2013, Xantia HDI LX 110 2000 new car with 122,000, l C2 HDI Rusty rocket, C3 Picasso HDI new to me.

Are you just trying to disable it? If so then the easiest option is to get a blanking plate from ebay. Took me all of 10 mins to fit and I'm sure it improved response a little. I can find the seller if you want. I've removed the e/v, all the piping and blanked off that particular port to save possible vacuum leak sources. I can also look up which e/v it was as well ?
