Most likely candidate is a white plastic gizmo on the side of the fuel filter, looks like a screw. It's something to do with heating the fuel in cold weather and is a well known weak point. You'll probably find diesel weeping from it if you pump the bulb. There's a lot about sealing this up in previous threads. As a get you going solution, sealing it up with blue tack worked for me!(for about a year) New filter body is best remedy or sealing it some other way. The difficulty is getting it clean enough to get anything to stick, but it is possible.
The leak is due to an o ring failing and these may be available from Citroen.
Cheers

change fuel filter Steve, too, while you are there..
if the fuel pressure drops off because of a blocked filter (esp if you have been running on anything other then diesel) you will get the light and so on

If you replace the pipe from the bulb to the filter and then from the filter to the pump with clear silicone you'll be able to see any bubbles
