C5 mark 1 looseing power

Very odd indeed

I change gear to second and the car looses power drop back to 1st then back to 2nd its fine??

Any ideas please

egr vaule sticknig maybe as there was a small oil leak in car...

If so where is the egr vaule and is it easy to clean and replace?
