Slight drop in revs when taking off at junctions..

Slight drop in revs when taking off at junctions..
2001 C5 HDI (90), just a niggle that perhaps one of you may be able to help solve. When coming to a junction and applying the brake everything is fine, however just as I'm about to take off and release the brake to transfer to throttle the revs drop slightly almost causing a stall. Any ideas?
