SW London Garage / Mechanic Recommendations

Hi all,

Great forum here. I recently bought a 2005 Berlingo Van 1.9D and I obviously want to keep down time to a minimum. I am new to car ownership in London and wonder if anyone can recommend a good, reasonably priced mechanic in the SW London area. Looking to get a full service, clutch cable changed and *maybe* a new clutch..

I will travel a little further afield if it means a better and cheaper service.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Try giving Brew Garages in Wimbledon a ring. He works odd hours (try 11am-11pm) but does work for both Dee's of Wimbledon and Now Vauxhall so he must be doing something right. Tell him Big Andy recommended him and you might even get a cup of tea or coffee!
