c5 hdi facelift 07 air con climate probs

i have a c5 2007 1.6hdi vtx+
the problem is no a/c also the drivers side climate only blows cold (not refrigerated air) luke warm and you cannot adjust it if you put it to max heat it stays the same
pasengers side gets hot when adjusted but no a/c the compressor doesnt start there is refrigerant in the system

any help appreciated

This is a known problem, and is due to the flap motor not having a long enough shaft;

Pass on the a/c bit. I don't have any C5 experience. I posted the link because I remember reading about the problems. Sorry I cannot help further.

A/C System discharged is my (un)educated guess.

Facelifted C5s inherited the Peugeot 407 heater box and so it won't be the heater motor cog but, perhaps, a broken plastic flap within the box itself. Reinforced flaps are available from Peugeot/Citroen, costing £70.00 for a kit.
