C5 Exec Lexia problem

Well still trying to turn off my tyre sensors but can not talk to the computer??? Malcolm kindly sent me the rpo number but when I connect the lexia it reads the vin number and the car model etc but then returns "Data from Portal incorrect check your configuration" ?? Any one had this and solved it please.

Not that I am aware of, it identifies the vehicle and when I validate the identification it thinks for a moment, then says the data from the portal is incorrect. Tried reinstalling it but damn thing is still doing it, was fine last time I used it??

That's the version of the Lexia component, what version is Diagbox ? Or do you have a very old version of Lexia that doesn't include Diagbox ?

Old versions of the software only have Lexia and launch directly into it, newer versions launch into Diagbox and only launch Lexia as required for certain older models. (Xantia's, early C5's etc)

If it's Diagbox that you're using Malcolm is right - just cancel any windows attempting to connect to the internet, and its best to actually disable the internet connection on your laptop while running Diagbox - turn off your laptop wireless if it uses wireless.

Yes it is just lexia on its own I have diagbox 5.02 but I haven't got an activator for it nor any installation instructions.
