All sorted now :-0

Had no gas in it what so ever.

Took it to local place by me 40 quid to pressure test and refill :-00

Now froze in car
C5 2.2 HDI Estate mk1 (With a anti theft fury dice device)

Where had the gas escaped?

ment to be topped up every 2 years.

But had the car in march so not a clue when it was last checked

It shouldn't leak to nowt in two years. If it wasn't released by a mechanical act, I'd expect it has a failure that will let it all out again pretty soon.

Yup, filling it up is just a temporary fix. You should have done a dye test done to identify where its leaking from.

Had a leak test done on it and it passed

Normally, the "quick and dirty" fix is a vac-down, however while this detects stuff like torn O-rings and corrosion holes, it doesn't often detect failing rubber hoses or shaft seals as it pulls the damage tight, sealing it again. The dye - if they added it - will reveal the leaks occurring under pressure (you can buy a cheap UV torch from Fleabay and find the spots yourself).
