Alloy wheels to fit 2001 Xsara

Post by Legbiter »

Love my new Xsara HDI, but I really wish it had alloys fitted.
Unfortunately it's not as easy as dropping into a wreckers and picking up a set (in New Zealand these babies are thin on the ground and still relatively expensive).

I presume that Peugeot 306/307 alloys would straight swap (Peugeot is much more common), but don't know what else would fit (206/207 maybe).
Prefer to be able to keep with the same tyre size, (lets face it it makes for a lot less wallet pain).

Cheers,

Cheers Addo, good to know.
Buying without being able to test fit is a bit of a nightmare. Citroen being a bit thin on the ground out here in the "Colonies" we just don't have the depth of knowledge compared you guys.
Much less likely to be able to find someone who has "been there, done that".

You can get spacers and long studs fairly cheaply were you to prefer the look of 207 or C4 alloys; legality might be a grey area so make sure anything like fitting spacers is fully thought over before you bend the rules.
