Wondered if anyone knew the correct o-ring size for a Saxo / 106 TUD air intake. The o-ring sits in the air intake plastic pipe where it connects to the manifold, its in the last piece of plastic, the one that 'twists' onto the manifold / air chamber.
I have a Pug part number 1424Z4 however my tech data does not give the size for some reason, usually there's a vague indicator of it.
Its done the usual "swelling" trick same as the XUDT intercooler D seals do. I'd guess its about 2mm or3mm thickness and about 45mm to 50mm diameter but I've not been to the car to check yet, tis raining.
Thought about the dealers but (1) they won't keep it and (2) I'd no doubt have to buy a bag full of them at not a very cheap price, the same when I wanted three downpipe studs ended up with a bagfull . Thinking I could just simply get the size and spend a bit less locally or even on Ebay.
Thanks in advance.

Re: TUD o-ring diameter ?
Thanks. I just called them out of interest they don't keep it (I knew they would not) but I said is there a minimum quantity and to my surprise they said no.
I'll go and pay for it (47 or something pence) tomorrow then probably and have to return a few days later for it. Bit of a trek though for it (about 10 miles each way)
EDIT... Confused on size. Does that mean approx 3.5mm thickness and an overall diameter of approx 47mm ?
