hydractive suspension XANTIA

hello,
does anybody know why my friends car (2.0 8v 1993) with all spheres new (7x)keeps hard
I checked the hydr.fuses also under the hood!
The electric valves seems to work but he has no soft mode only stiff and hard it's no citroen anymore
The height is ok
Lowest normaal or high position works perfect
I changed the hydr computer no effects
Please help us.
