Where is the part number of this rubber?

I have a hard time trying to find out the part number of this rubber. The whole piece of rubber strip was gone on the right hand side after a heavy downpour.

Please refer to the following pic:


The whole piece of rubber strip should look like this as shown here on the Left hand side:
