Heater Matrix- dispatch

Hi,
I think my heater matrix may be leaking on a 2001 dispatch van. The drivers floor keeps getting wet and theres been no rain!
Can anyone advise on how to change the matrix? I'm assuming the whole dash has to come out? I have tried to use citroen servicebox but it wouldn't work on my Windows 7 comp. If anyone could post the workshop manual instructions for the matrix that would be amazing!

hi and welcome

i just did a general look at Dispatch MK1 and 2 on service citroen, and ut looks a bit similar to the Synergie, which comes out of the side of the heater box ,

not sure if its the right or left side but either way it looks like you dont need to remove the dash fascia at all

were are you located
