Need ideas to get AUX cable out of glovebox

I've managed to get my music onto my phone now, which I also use as my sat-nav sometimes. I've got a really good air-vent holder for this purpose and I can charge the phone at the same time. However, if I want to listen to the music on my phone I need to keep it in the glovebox, which means I can't use it for sat-nav.

Thus, I need to find a way to get the cable connecting my phone to the AUX sockets in the glovebox out from the glovebox towards the dashboard but in a manner where I won't have to the leave the glovebox open. Any ideas?

I had the same issue in my 02 C5, i notched out a small circular hole in the side of the interior light lens. That way i could pull the light out as if i were changing a bulb and then fed the lead through the hole and pushed the lens back into place with the lead in the notch.
