It is probably worth replacing all six spheres at the same time. Some suppliers might give a bit of a discount for a full set. As you will have the back up to change the rear spheres you should have good access to the anti-sink sphere, while as you will be working on the regulator, replacing the accumulator sphere wouldn't add much more time. How long before the 'tick' from the regulator?
If you can get hold of some Plus Gas, use it on the spheres daily for a few days before you change them. It states on the can 'dismantling fluid', and they aren't wrong.
If you look for Xac, he has (in his signature) added a shortcut to the DIY Sphere removal tool. It costs about £10 to make, and I can state (from personal experience) that it works. However, if the spheres still won't move, it is time to either contact CitroJim (better option) or to break out the hammer and chisel.
