Hi Darners

Appears to be quite a few different ones:

6590 CV 01 OBSTACLE DETECT ELECTRO UNIT - REAR RADAR OBSTACLE SENSOR AND PART TO BE CONFIGURED
6590 CW 01 - REAR RADAR OBSTACLE SENSOR AND CONFIGURED PART AND VEHICLE IDENT NO (VIN) TO BE SPECIFIED ON ORDER
6590 CV 01 - RR RADAR OBSTACLE DETECTOR + RR CAMERA AND PART TO BE CONFIGURED
6590 CW 01 - RR RADAR OBSTACLE DETECTOR + RR CAMERA AND CONFIGURED PART AND VEHICLE IDENT NO (VIN) TO BE SPECIFIED ON ORDER
6590 CZ 01 - FRONT-REAR RADAR OBSTACLE SENSOR AND PART TO BE CONFIGURED
6590 EA 01 - FRONT-REAR RADAR OBSTACLE SENSOR AND CONFIGURED PART AND VEHICLE IDENT NO (VIN) TO BE SPECIFIED ON ORDER
6590 CZ 01 - FR RR RADAR OBSTACLE DETECTOR + RR CAMERA AND PART TO BE CONFIGURED
6590 EA 01 - FR RR RADAR OBSTACLE DETECTOR + RR CAMERA AND CONFIGURED PART AND VEHICLE IDENT NO (VIN) TO BE SPECIFIED ON ORDER

Have you broken it, or want to retrofit? Appears to be mounted within the rear bumper. Prices range from £150 (Rear only, not configured) to £300 (front + Rear configured)

Cheers for the replies

I pick the car up on Saturday and wanted to retro fit the parking sensors

I had seen an ECU online and was wondering if it was the correct one

Could you let me what parts I would need, I am presuming

ECU
Wiring loom front & Rear
Wiring loom to BSI
Sensors

Session on Lexia to configure

Cheers

create your self a log in at the free citroen site @ http://service.citroen.com/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; and put your last 8 of your vin in top left and all you need for your car is there. dont get me wrong site is a pain in the ass to navigate but practice makes perfect ive been doin this for years and i still struggle to find odd stuff.

Cheers for that, I have registered, and found the parts for the rear sensors, but cant seem to find the front.

Any ideas

checking on service citroen with your VIN No. does not come up with the sensors
so if you look at C5 X7 in general it comes up with everything as below

5
6590 CK
OBSTACLE DETECTION SENSOR
- FRONT-REAR RADAR OBSTACLE SENSOR
NO PAINT
link to associated invoicing time

6590 EF
- FRONT-REAR RADAR OBSTACLE SENSOR
TO BE PAINTED
