I'd check the upper portion of the door assembly (ie; window frame) is tight to the body. A lot of leaks track down from gaps here.

Look for weatherstrip instead of seal

Sorry tried that myself and it doesn't work, the seals are under 'side panel door frame' look for part number 9023VS and it should take you to the correct page at least.
Man is, by nature, a lazy beast, he does not need twice encouraging to do nothing.

Bodywork - side structure - side panel. Then you get choices for 3 and 5 door models "SIDE PANEL SIDE DOOR FRAME" and they are in there.

These are example ones for later cars, 3 door, then 5 door:

Part Number Description Quantity Price excl. VAT Price incl. VAT
00009025AK DOOR ENTRY SEAL 44.87 GBP 53.84 GBP
00009025AL DOOR ENTRY SEAL 44.18 GBP 53.02 GBP

A lot cheaper than welding in the long term and the ear-ache between now and then!
