Dispatch Side Loading Door.

Post by merlecollins »

Hi all,

Just a quickie....

I know these are temperamental from when I owned a Fiat Scudo of the same shape.

The drivers side loading door is just too far forward, it is vertically in line OK, but my drivers door is catching it when I get in and out.

Does anyone have any tips on how to adjust the loading door to move it back slightly, probably about 5mm will be great

Its got me bamboozled mate.... :?

All the bolt fixings that would allow movement side to side are factory set, so I'm flummoxed as to how it has moved forward in the first place...

I will persevere

can you lift the bottom roller sled/carrage? if the bearings are collapsing the door will tip forward. also mine has lost the black nylon socket for the finger at the top. Off to the scrappy when they open tomorrow.

Wheres the hidden torx screws and the adjustment?

Don't think it's the roller bearings Sean602 as the door itself is nicely in line with the panel at the back and the drivers door, but just too far forward. If I could just adjust it back a bit i'd be laughing!
