Hi guys.
I have just found my old JVC KD-LH401 Mp3 cd car stereo and am going to fit it into my C5 as I hate not having MP3 playback in the car. 2 questions:
1) Will I need an ISO adaptor for the Citroen or does it already have standard ISO plugs for the power and speaker leads?
2) The JVC has a hand control port which is in the shape of a 3.5 mm jack plug. Is there anyway to adapt the plugs for the Citroen steering wheel controler on my car to fit this stereo so they can work with it?
Any help is appreciated.

Re: Citroen C5 2002 - Car Stereo Question
Some answers for you....
1) No ISO adaptors needed on a 2002.
2) You need to buy a Connects2 interface with a JVC patch lead to make the column controls work the JVC HU.
You will also need a fascia adaptor available on eBay for about a fiver. Offer the adaptor up and then push the JVC's grey securing cage through the adaptor to hold it in place, then do your wiring before pushing the HU in being careful not to pinch the wiring behind (its a tight fit), You'll might also need an aerial extender, the Citroen connection is at 90 degrees to the radio, it depends on the connection on the rear of your JVC.
It should end up something like this.

Do all C5s have remote radio controls? I have two SXs and have not been able to find them.

Thanks for the help. I will go look up the connect2 bit in a second. I ordered the facia yesterday so it should be here this week I hope then I can look to fit the stereo and do the hand controls later if needs.
Cheers.
