Throttle pedal travel on 2.2 C5

The throttle pedal on my C5 seeems very low could anybody tell me what height it should be from the carpet ,and if the cable needs adjusting how is this carried out,i have found where the cable runs but cant see how to adjust it,any help would be appreciated, Ian

go to the cable at the throttle position switch pull the cable untill the required pedal hight is reached remove the clip from the cable end and reposition to tighten the cable. i have mine level with the brake pedal

What do you have to remove to get to the end of the cable?

removeing the air box makes it easier to grt to the tps is just below the engine bay fuse box
