You'll also need the plastic surround around the screen with the larger aperture for the screen but apparently it is just a straight swap.

Is this correct? Mine switches between the clock/radio and tempradio when you press the button. It wasn't doing this properly last night when it was -4c, but after a blast of compressed air round the end of the stalk, it now does. It was sticking on the temperature before. It appears it was just some dirt in the switch..

This from the handbook:

Time or temperature, On switching on ignition, the time is displayed, that is unless the temperature is between +3C and -3C (risk of ice on the road)

To produce a visual display of the respective types of information, give a short press on the end of the wash/wipe control stalk

Note The temperature displayed may be higher than the actual temperature if the vehicle is parked in bright sunshine

That is for the single line display panel.

For the two line panel the clock and temperature are shown all the time, the temperature display flashes if the temperature is between +3C and -3C. with the usual 'if parked in the sun' proviso.

On mine it gets brighter/dimmer when you adjust the brightness of the main instrument panel by holding down the button thing (looks like a tripmeter reset button) at the top right of the speedo...

There is no mention of the bulb or its wattage in the handbook and in the Citroen parts list it doesn't give the wattage just a Citroen part number which is: 6112.59
