2.0 hdi gearbox into a 1.4 hdi

is it possible, are they the same....basically a picasso 2.0 hdi into a 2002 pug 307 1.4 hdi....they look the same but not had chance to check part numbers...can anyone help

I'd be very surprised if the 1.4 and 2.0 had the same gear ratios.

yes thats what i thought, but not a huge difference in performance, ie 70 bhp and 90 bhp, and the torque in the 2.0 is pretty crap
