Ah the reason for that choice is ive just seen a C5 vtr with a hand brake lever.. so the motor on up market models replaces the lever.. that's neat.. like you say Richard.. a good idea to have the cables either setup can be used then...

The beauty of the electric brake seems to be the fact that you can't roll back on a hill start if it's engaged. Am I right in saying that if you press hard on the footbrake when engaging the electric brake, the hold is much stronger.?
