V6 Flywheels

Post by DHallworth »

Guys,

Looking for a flywheel to fit the 197bhp 60 degree V6 (ES9J4) that was fitted to the Xantia's and the late XM's.

The part number of the flywheel is 0532G7.

The later 60 degree engine (ES9J4S) uses the same manual gearbox which Peugeot give the same part number yet the flywheels are different. The part number for the later one is 0532J7.

Is there any easy way of finding out what the differences between the two parts are?

Thanks

David.

Have you tried asking Citroen directly. Some of the techies are quite knowledgeable. I'll run your query past a friend of mine who was a Citroen techy.

I haven't done as when you speak to Glasgow Citroen they don't let you speak to the tech's. You can only speak to the service department front counter :(

No David, ring Slough, they're very helpful in most cases.
