no it wont affect pressure output at all, i wouldnt have thought the two part numbers are interchangeable, the only difference between regulators is the number of fluid ports (sinker/anti sink) and thread pitch of the ports and the type of seat for the main feed pipe as Jim said so if its a different part number then it will be because of one of these differences.
